Timothy B. Wills (“Tim”) is a third-generation real estate executive with over 35 years of experience. Tim has handled the acquisition, financing, and tax planning activities for Wills Companies, and associated joint ventures, since 1992. Alongside his brother Trey, Tim co-founded Wills Companies—originally launched as Potomac Land Management—after beginning his career working with their father, P. Reed Wills II. Over the course of his career, he has arranged financing and has been a key principle in the closing of real estate transactions in excess of $2 billion. Beyond his professional work, Tim serves on the Board of the Thos. Somerville Co. and is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoys competitive and deep-sea sport fishing.
